One of the hardest calls we get is from homeowners whose builder walked away, or whose new home has problems no one will fix. We step in, assess the work honestly, and finish the job properly.
How we help
First we inspect and document. We photograph every deficiency, note code and envelope issues, and give you a written report you can share with your insurer, warranty provider or lawyer if needed.
Then we price the repairs in clear stages, starting with anything that risks water damage or safety. We can coordinate with your home warranty provider and with the original permit so final inspections can be passed.

Leaking windows and decks, failed waterproofing, poor drainage, unfinished interiors, failed inspections, incorrect framing, and finishing work that was never done to the standard you paid for.
